We have a limited number of Corporate Golf Packages available for 2008-2009.

As a Corporate Member you can play golf and utilize our clubhouse to entertain clients, reward staff, build your team or provide staff new to the area with an opportunity to play golf.

There is a choice of three packages flexibly designed to suit different needs as well providing outstanding value for money:

Corporate 50

• 1 Card package
• £950 plus VAT
• 50 rounds of golf or 12 months whichever first
• Host can bring 3 guests at any one time
• Host must be named employee of the Company
• Access to the course at any time Monday-Friday, subject to booking
• Equivalent £19 per round

Corporate 80

• 2 Card package
• £1425 plus VAT
• 80 rounds of golf or 12 months whichever first
• Each Host can each bring 3 guests at any one time
• Hosts must be named employee of the Company
• Access to the course at any time Monday-Friday, subject to booking
• Equivalent £18 per round

Corporate 150

• 4 Card package
• £2500 plus VAT
• 150 rounds of golf or 12 months whichever first
• Each Host can bring 3 guests at any one time
• Hosts must be named employee of the Company
• Access to the course at any time Monday-Friday, subject to booking
• Equivalent approx £16 per round

• Insurance included
• Corporate Cardholders can enjoy full use of clubhouse facilities at any time Monday-Friday
• Corporate Cardholders enjoy discounted bar prices
• Corporate Cardholders can sign in 3 guests
• Cards transferable to company employees at discretion of company and notification to HGGC of all nominated hosts
• Host must be named employee of company
• Maximum of four tee times per card per day. Additional at current green fee rate
• All Golf must be played within 12 months of joining
• Preferential rates on Corporate Golf day
• Invitations to play in the HGGC Pro-Ams (subject to entrance fee)
• Entrance Fee incentives if employees want to become Full Members of HGGC

Terms and Conditions

• Non shareholding
• One round of golf constitutes one player, therefore a four-ball constitutes four rounds
• 48 hours notice required to book tee times
• Access to course will depend on availability
• Corporate cards may not be used for re-sale of tees or financial benefit
• Normal Club rules & dress code apply
• Cards may be withdrawn without recompense if rules and conditions are breached
